I have been a CEO in the not-for-profit sector for over 15 years, successfully chaired two Boards of Trustees and have coached and mentored many high-achieving individuals. In my career, I have managed significant organisational change and helped individuals and organisations realise their potential. I have previously worked in Education and Publishing, have helped charities and SMEs develop their businesses and worked with a wide range of individuals to help them achieve their goals.

My personal journey has taken many twists and turns. I have worked through loss and bereavement and know what it feels like to be at a crossroads, unsure which path to take. My experience and training has helped me to listen, empathise, understand and be non-judgemental. I use this experience to help others define their options and set realistic, achievable objectives.
